Frontline BioEnergy Participates in United Way Day of Caring

The United Way of Story County held its annual Day of Caring on September 11th, 2009. The Day of Caring is the kick off to the United Way’s annual fundraising campaign where local businesses and organizations volunteer their time for the United Way’s efforts.

Frontline BioEnergy employee’s participated in this local charity event by doing landscaping and general maintenance work at Camp Canwita in Ames, IA. Camp Canwita is part of CampFire USA organization which provides daycamps that give children the opportunities to learn, explore, and play together, while developing a lifelong appreciation and respect for the outdoor environment.
